         Gungywamp Land is a 75 acre forest preserve in Groton, CT. Located right next door to Historic Mystic and only a short ride to Foxwoods Resort Casino and the Mohegan Sun Casino. The property features a secluded woodland setting complete with hiking trails, a private pond , and flowing waterfall. The woods are quiet, peaceful and beautiful all year round. There is an abundance of wildlife in the gungywamp woods. Deer, turkey, a variety of wild birds and many other forest inhabitants may be viewed on the property.
        The house itself is located at the end of a mile long dirt road and over looks a private duck pond. The nearest neighbors can not even be seen though the woods. The house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps eight adults. It has a living room, family room, dining room, and galley style kitchen. Each floor features a walk out deck overlooking the pond. A great place for relaxing and enjoying what nature has to offer.
